Following completion of my dental degree at Bristol University in 2003 and Vocational Training in Leeds, I moved directly into well-established high quality private practice. Giving every patient exceptional care and meeting their needs is always my priority. In order to maintain the highest clinical standards I have attended postgraduate courses in the UK and abroad. I have graduated twice from the Royal College of surgeons, England and was awarded a Masters Degree in Implantology from Manchester University with Distinction in 2008 achieving the highest grade that year.
I share my expertise by mentoring other dentists training in Implantology. I give lectures on treatment planning and clinical case presentations on the Genix Implant course, Leeds.
Other professional positions include being an active committee member of Leeds and district section of the BDA. I have been a Clinical Panel Member for the Dental Complaints Service since 2006. This independent service was set up by the General Dental Council in order to help resolve disputes between patients and their dentist.
Since 2013 I was appointed Examiner for MJDF (Membership of Joint Dental Faculties) of the Royal College of Surgeons in England.
I am currently the Principal Dentist of Stricklandgate Dental Practice
in Penrith and also Campbell and WIlson Dental Practice
in Carlisle. Both of these practices are well established and highly trusted in the region. I work together with a number of dentists in Cumbria and provide a referral service for Implant therapy, Endodontics and Complex Restorative treatment.
