Please see the sections below regarding how my team and I can help you and your patients:

  • Dental Implants   Referring dentists are encouraged to be involved in treatment plans. Dental implants are often a valuable part of an overall restorative treatment plan. Implant can be utilised to support crowns, bridges and dentures. We have an introductory “Lunch and Learn” programme for dentists wishing to learn about dental implants and how to introduce this service to their patients. The program is aimed at the whole dental team including dentists, nurses and receptionists. You will be given an insight into dental implants and their benefits, in the comfort of your own practice. If you are interested in this complimentary program please email or phone us directly.
  • Endodontics   Root canal treatment may be required prior to placing a new crown or bridge. In some cases teeth become non vital after crown and bridgework has been fitted. Satya routinely helps general dental practitioners with potentially difficult treatments such as molar endodontics. You can be assured that all referred patients will be sent back to their general dental practitioner after their endodontic treatment had been completed.
  • Wear Cases   As patients retain their teeth for longer with better dental care available in the UK, there has been a significant increase in the number of extensive tooth wear cases. Detailed assessment and treatment planning are the most important aspect of treating complex wear cases. The goal of the treatment plan is to rebuild the mouth so that function, appearance and comfort are optimal for the patient. You can contact us if you require assistance with patients, who are continually breaking their teeth, have TMJ pain or have extensive tooth wear.
  • Loose dentures   Difficulty with eating and looseness is a common complaint for denture wearers. Dental implants can be used to secure a poorly fitting denture. In most cases 2-4 implants are used in the mandible and 4-6 implants used in the maxilla. A horse-shoe shaped denture can be utilised in the upper jaw, which is useful for patients who struggle with a denture encroaching the palate. After the implants have integrated to the bone, they can be attached to an existing denture chair side in the surgery. Or a new denture can be made with the aid of a technician to fit precisely around the implants.
